What We Believe...

It is our belief that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.  Christ died on the cross so that our sins can be forgiven.  Accepting Christ as our personal Lord and Saviour is what makes us saved and  it allows us to be "filled" with the Holy Spirit.  Serving the Lord is what makes us worthy of the blessings and the joys promised.  We love the Lord.  We serve the Lord.  We love one another.  We support one another. 

Our task is to preach and teach the Word of God to the people of God in such a way as to move us to make choices and changes in our lives that will allow God to have His way in and through us.  Everyone, regardless of age, race, gender or religious "affiliation" needs to know that Jesus Christ died on the cross for their sins and all Christ asks in return is that we form a personal relationship with him and and receive the Holy Spirit.

Here I have to warn you that this personal relationship, if it true, if it is based on faith, love and trust, can bring you everything you desire in life.  The warning is needed because others may not have that same level of faith, love and trust that you might have and subsequently they might not understand or appreciate the "new you."  Keep growing and going forward and God will give you the ability to help them to experience and appreciate a new relationship in Christ and being led by the Holy Spirit. 

 Hang in there because the changes in your life will be worth the effort.
